A few dozen meters from Náměstí Svobody in Pacov, next to the main, but still quiet junction, is situated more than a hundred year old corner building. A local family bought it at the turn of the millennium and it was reconstructed between the years 2000–2006.

In the first stage, the recessed cellar underwent an adaptation. By undermining even the cellarless part of the building its area was more than doubled. There arose a restaurant.

The second stage included the reconstruction of all floors. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible and there is a multi-purpose hall with a total capacity of 70 people. Bright festive place mats standout against the dark shades of the walls and floors. The first floor and attic occupies nine rooms. The specialty is the pink apartment, situated in the corner of the building. The color combination, optical interconnection with bathroom and central element of the circular bed with a veil, makes it suitable as a honeymoon suite. Attic rooms have higher capacity due to their maisonette character. The sleeping area above the inset bathroom is connected with the lower part by a narrow vista.
