Biogas plant located in the existing agricultural complex uses cattle slurry and manure produced in a neighbouring farm, as well as maize and grass silage for production of electrical power and heat. Fermentation process is held both in a concrete fermenter of the type ring in ring“ and a post-fermenter roofed by a membrane gas holder. Two cogeneration units with a total output of 1.2 MW are installed.
